Questions before you start

How do I start a scan?

Place the scanner flat against the wall, allow it to calibrate, then move it slowly while keeping full surface contact.

What does the display show?

The bar-style LCD gives visual feedback as the tool approaches a detected target. Use the center reference notch when marking the detected position.

Can live-wire detection replace normal electrical safety procedures?

No. Live-wire detection is an added warning only. Confirm site conditions and switch off power whenever the work requires it.

How should I care for the scanner?

Keep the sensor surface clean, store the tool dry, and remove the battery during extended storage.
