Refund and Return Policy

This policy covers consumer orders delivered to Germany, Hungary, Czechia, Romania, Portugal and Spain. Mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence continue to apply.

30-day returns and free return shipping

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We bear standard return-shipping costs in all six markets and provide a prepaid return label or another prepaid return arrangement. There is no restocking fee. Please email us with your order number and the item you want to return for instructions.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

For eligible distance purchases you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Send us an unambiguous statement before the deadline; prior approval and use of a particular form are not required. Return the goods within 14 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal. The additional 30-day commercial return benefit does not replace or restrict statutory withdrawal, conformity or guarantee rights.

Product condition

You may inspect the goods as you reasonably could in a shop. Opening packaging does not itself remove statutory withdrawal rights. Where permitted by law and after the required information was supplied, a deduction may reflect diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please protect the helmet during the return journey and include supplied accessories. A helmet involved in an impact must not be reused; contact us about any suspected defect or safety issue.

Refund timing

For statutory withdrawal, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. We reimburse the standard original delivery cost where required; any premium chosen above standard delivery need not be reimbursed. For returns under the additional commercial period, refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods.

Refund method and COD

We refund using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method, without a refund fee. For a cash-on-delivery payment, we will agree a suitable repayment method with you directly. Do not send full payment-card details by email.

Defective or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly. Your rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination and refund follow the applicable law. A minimum two-year statutory conformity guarantee applies where required, together with any longer or stronger national protection. Discounted items retain their statutory rights.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us before dispatch to request cancellation. After dispatch, statutory withdrawal remains available. Exchanges depend on stock; a return and new order may be arranged. Contacting us for practical instructions does not delay or restrict a statutory withdrawal.
