This policy covers consumer orders delivered to Germany, Hungary, Czechia, Romania, Portugal and Spain. Mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence continue to apply.

Orders and product information

Read the description, size and colour choices, price, delivery details and applicable restrictions before placing an order. Product imagery may vary slightly between displays. Select the correct size and follow the manufacturer's fitting and safety instructions. Product certification and compatibility statements apply only where stated for the exact model and version. Dark, track-only visors must not be used on public roads when their use is prohibited.

Prices and payment

Prices and the currency for the selected market are shown before ordering. The final order total, applicable taxes and any delivery or payment charge are disclosed before you place a binding order. COD is offered where available at checkout. We will not substitute a currency or add an undisclosed charge after your order.

Order acceptance

An automated receipt acknowledges that an order has been received. If we cannot fulfil an order, including due to unavailable stock or an obvious pricing error, we contact you promptly and refund any payment received in accordance with applicable law. This does not limit mandatory consumer contract rights.

Shipping and returns

The six covered markets receive free standard shipping, 1–2 business days processing and an estimated 5–10 business days transit. We provide 30-day returns and free standard return shipping. The separate Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy give details; mandatory rights prevail over any inconsistent provision.

Legal guarantees and liability

Nothing excludes mandatory conformity guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for death or personal injury, fraud or deliberate misconduct. The remedies available for defective goods remain those required by applicable law.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Manufacturer names and marks identify the products and their owners; the contractual seller is DE V Invest 15 ApS. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and is not the seller.

Privacy and complaints

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Contact us with complaints using the details above. You retain the right to contact a competent consumer body or court. No provision deprives you of mandatory protection or jurisdiction rights in your country of habitual residence.

Changes

The terms presented when you place your order govern that order. Later updates do not retrospectively remove your rights.
